Come celebrate 10 years of the CCFR with us – this year’s theme is “family reunion” – a perfect description of what the CCFR has become, a true family.
The 2025 CCFR AGM will be held on June 28, 2025 in beautiful Niagara Falls, Ontario at the Americana Conference Resort & Spa. This website will provide everything you need to attend in person. Can’t make it? No problem. We’ll be streaming it live for those too far away or who can’t make the trip.
There are two parts to the AGM; the business meeting and the dinner. All CCFR members are welcome to join the business meeting free of charge, whether in person or online but you MUST be a CCFR member in good standing. The meeting will begin at 10am Eastern Time (8am MST) and last for about an hour. Doors will open at 9:30am – complimentary coffee and pastries will be served. You’ll receive updates from various departments within the CCFR and hear from your representatives.
You’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy the hotel’s amenities like the wild water park, or maybe head down to Clifton Hill and check out the Falls and local attractions. Bring the whole family and make a weekend of it. There’s lots to do and it’s the perfect time of year!!
Just make sure you’re back at the hotel in time for the doors to open at 5:00pm EST for dinner. We’ll have draws and prizes, a cash bar and social mix and mingle. A beautiful buffet dinner will be served at 6:30pm.

- Garden Salad with assorted dressings
- Caesar Salad
- Penne with Pomodoro
- Pan seared chicken breast with Tuscan parmesan, spinach and cherry tomato cream sauce
- English cut Roast Beef au jus
- Roasted potatoes
- Rice pilaf
- Chef’s selection of seasonal vegetables
- Sliced fruits, berries with honey vanilla cream cheese dip
- Warm apple crumble with caramel sauce
- Assorted squares
- Coffee, tea and soda
Afterwards we’ll hear from a few speakers (stay tuned for updates on that) and we’ll follow it all up with a DJ helping us dance the night away!!!

Bringing the kids? No problem!!! We’ll have a kids corner set up with tons of fun activities, surprises and treats for the littles and a kids menu – all FREE of charge for children of adults attending the dinner. We just need to know how many little range buddies are coming, so please make sure you click off how many kids you're bringing on the ticketing page. Again, kids are free but we need numbers to ensure everyone gets spoiled appropriately.
